great mod idea! These people were the dragon priests. This is the Skyrim Namespace, so only Skyrim-related info goes here (I mean the game Skyrim, not the province -) ).Haldriin clearly deserves his on page in the Online Namespace, if Dragon Priests in general do depends on wether they appear in the game regularely or Haldriin is the only one.
